Find the Gap is Job Bookers' signature feature. You choose a date and an area — the app looks at your existing bookings, calculates the duration of each job and the drive time between them, and shows you every available slot that makes geographic sense. You stop driving in circles and start clustering jobs together.
A normal calendar shows you empty time slots. Find the Gap shows you which of those slots are actually usable — based on where your other jobs are, how long each one takes, and how long it takes to drive between them. It turns a gap in your diary into a bookable opportunity.
Yes. It uses your live diary, your existing bookings, and real UK road data to calculate drive times between postcodes. The results reflect your actual day, not an estimate.
The core diary works offline via FieldMode. Find the Gap uses live road data for accurate drive times, so it works best with a connection — but it will use cached data for known routes when signal is unavailable.
Yes. Job Bookers lets you send SMS booking confirmations directly from the app. You control when they go and what they say — they are not sent automatically.
